MGPA Sells Hong Kong Office Space for $129 Million
MGPA, a private equity real estate fund advisory firm, has sold 10 floors of 181 Queen’s Road Central in Hong Kong for more than HK$1 billion ($129 million), representing a 4 percent yield. Investor Miguel Chang purchased the 10 floors.
Top Pension Fund Assets Dropped 13 Percent in 2008
Total assets of the world’s largest 300 pension funds fell by 13 percent in 2008 to $10.4 trillion, down by around $1.5 trillion from the 2007 figure, according to Pensions & Investments and Watson Wyatt research.
