Wells REIT II to Acquire D.C. Office Complex for $615 Million
Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II has agreed to buy Market Square, a 679,710-square-foot class A office property located in downtown Washington, D.C. Beacon Capital Partners is selling the 17-story building for approximately $615 million.
