Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) has paid $134 million for an outlet shopping center in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Prime Outlets at Jeffersonville was sold by Ohio Factory Stores Partnership, a subsidiary of Indiana-based Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG).
