CB Richard Ellis Investors Acquires Property in Atlanta
CB Richard Ellis Investors has acquired the 138-acre Atlantic Station in Atlanta from AIG. It was purchased by its CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Opportunity 5 Fund, a closed-end commingled private equity real estate fund. The property is a mixed-use project in midtown Atlanta.

Oklahoma Law Enforcement to Issue RFP for Core Real Estate Manager
The $616 million Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System (OLERS) plans to issue an RFP later this month for a manager to handle up to $30 million in core real estate. The search was approved at the plan’s Dec. 9, 2010, board meeting.
