Tamar European Industrial Fund (TEIF) has sold an 18,352-square-metre fully-let logistics warehouse in Drammen, Norway, for NKr 148.35 million (€20.3 million). Two Norwegian subsidiaries of Toyota are responsible for 90 percent of the rent on leases that expire in 2020.

In addition, TEIF has sold two units at Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, an industrial estate in Belgium, for €1.05 million. The two units, which were 50 percent vacant, were acquired by an owner-occupier.
