Corpus Sireo, on behalf of Morgan Stanley, advised by Savills, has sold three office properties in Munich. Jargonnant Partners, advised by Goerk, acquired the 23,000 square metres of space for €36 million.

The properties are located at Elsenheimerstrasse 41–43, Charles-de-Gaulle-Strasse 2/3 and Nymphenburger Strasse 92. Tenants at the first two properties include Honeywell and Schweizer Sortiment; the third is in a residential area and includes small retailers, a doctor’s practice and residential tenants.
