Munroe K has sold a 50 percent stake in the White Rose Office Park, a 43,700-square-metre business park in Leeds, to a fund managed by Orion Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tenants of the business park include Telefonica (o2), HSBC, DePuy, the West Yorkshire Police Authority, the Northern Directorate of the Inland Revenue and WSP Plc.
