Hines Core Fund Buys UK Office Asset

Hines has acquired 111 Edmund Street in Birmingham, United Kingdom, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, a euro-denominated FCP-FIS focused on core commercial buildings across Europe. The seller was Germany-based IVG Institutional Funds; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The seven-storey, 4,000-square-metre property is let to Gateley, a regional commercial law firm. The class A building was completed in 2003.
