by

Aerium has acquired an office building in the United Kingdom and a High Street retail development in Germany.

Aerium purchased the office property, One Glass Wharf in Bristol, for £83 million (€94 million). The property, which totals 20,083 square metres of space and 115 parking spaces, is 81 percent let to Burges Salmon, a law firm. One Glass Wharf was developed by Castlemore Securities, which went into receivership in early 2010.

In Germany, Aerium has acquired a High Street retail development in Kiel for €71 million on behalf of its German Retail Opportunity Fund. Aerium has formed a joint venture with Matrix AG for the development of a new 20,000-square-metre retail complex.
