Prague landmark changes hands

The landmark Tancící dum (Dancing House) building in Prague, designed by Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunic, has been sold by CBRE Global Investors for €13.35 million. The buyer is investor Vaclav Skala.

The 3,950-square-metre office building is let to Accenture and CBRE Global Investors, and to the Celeste Restaurant located on the rooftop.

The sale of the Dancing House “clearly demonstrates the liquidity of our assets,” comments Martin Sabelko, managing director of CBRE Global Investors in central Europe. He notes that CBRE Global Investors CEE will remain as a tenant after the change of ownership.
