PensionDanmark Invests in Danish Retail
PensionDanmark and ATP Ejendomme have acquired three retail properties across Denmark in a 50-50 partnership. The 75,000-square-metre portfolio comprises three Magasin department stores: a 28,000-square-metre asset in Lyngby, a 25,000-square-metre property in Aarhus and a 22,000-square-metre store in Odense. Magillum Properties A/S is the seller.
