EPI Orange (Netherlands) SARL, a Dutch real estate portfolio, was sold for €50 million. It was the first portfolio of assets sold in Europe as a result of a CMBS workout. The portfolio consisted of 23 office and light industrial properties totalling 112,000 square metres. Capita, the special servicer for the loan, worked consensually with the borrower and sold the portfolio to an undisclosed buyer.
