Deka Immobilien GmbH has sold a 16,000-square-metre office property in Milan for €45.5 million. The property, Viale Regina Giobanna 27–29, was acquired by Inarcassa RE, an Italian real estate fund managed by Fabrica Immobiliare SGR SpA. The property, which was built in 1953 and has since been remodelled, is located near the city centre. Deka had acquired the property in 2004 on behalf of one of its special property funds.
