Europa Capital LLP, on behalf of Europa Fund II, has formed a joint venture with St Congar Properties Ltd to develop a UK office project. The 25,500-square-metre project, located at Imperial House in Windsor, will comprise four office buildings and 495 parking spaces arranged around a central square. The project will be designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
