London keeps calling Asian investors

In an effort to diversify asset holdings into core property, London’s well-established, transparent real estate market remains one of the most attractive to Asian investors. As with many investors globally, Asian investors are facing the pressure of growing liabilities as their workforces continue to age and rely on income from retirement.
