A Conversation with Tom Morsch

Tom Morsch is a managing director with the PFM Group, an independent municipal financial adviser. He has 25 years of experience in the development, operation, finance and privatization of transportation infrastructure both as a government official and as a principal and adviser to private investors. Morsch was previously with Chicago-based Scott Balice Strategies, which was acquired in May by PFM Group as part of the firm’s expansion into public-private partnerships. PFM’s P3 team represents the New Jersey Transit Corp. as sell-side adviser for a concession lease of the Transit Corp.’s commuter parking facilities. The P3 team also has worked with Pittsburgh on its municipal parking privatization and advised Los Angeles on the initial review of its parking transaction.
