The Danville (Va.) Employees’ Retirement System has issued an RFP for a real estate manager. Consultant Dahab Associates is assisting with the search.
The $240 million pension fund is looking for a manger to manage a $25 million mandate, or two managers for mandates of $10 million to $15 million each, in core, core-plus or value-added real estate. Both open- and closed-end funds will be considered.
The RFP is listed on Dahab’s website, and proposals are due June 15.
