Value-added fund raises $350m

Invesco Real Estate has raised $305 million for its Invesco U.S. Value-Add Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC.

The fund was launched in mid-2014 and raised $100 million within the first month.

Invesco U.S. Value-Add Fund IV is targeting $500 million in equity commitments, which it will invest across the four main property types. The fund targets “broken core” assets that require stabilization in primary markets as well as underpriced assets in secondary markets.
