Sullivan joins Monday Properties

Sean Sullivan has joined the asset management team at Monday Properties. He assumes a new position with the firm and holds the title of executive vice president – asset management.

Sullivan directs asset management for the firm’s operating portfolio, with direct oversight of all leasing activities in New York City and the greater Washington, D.C., markets. Sullivan is additionally responsible for maintaining and servicing the firm’s relationships with its institutional financial partners.

Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, corporate real estate and investment management in multiple U.S. and international markets, including all major asset classes.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Sullivan was responsible for the management and operations of the 11,200-unit Peter Cooper Village & Stuyvesant Town in New York City, the largest multifamily resident
