MStar Europe, the multi-tenant industrial property joint venture between M7 Real Estate and an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, has acquired a 6.6 million-square-foot portfolio of light industrial properties in France, Germany and the Netherlands for €258.7 million ($346 million).
The acquisitions by MStar Europe include a public offer for Tamar European Industrial Fund for a portfolio of 36 properties in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden valued at approximately €130 million ($174 million); the acquisition of 10 warehouses in the Netherlands from Rockspring Property Investment Managers for €71 million ($95 million); and the purchase of five industrial properties in Germany from a fund advised by
