SL Green Realty Corp. and joint venture partner The Moinian Group have plans to sell 180 Maiden Lane, 1.1 million-square-foot office property in Manhattan. The sales price is estimated to be $470 million. The new owner is a venture led by Murray Hill Properties and Clarion Partners. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter.
