Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an office property and an apartment complex in New York City.

The highest priced transaction was an office asset located at 1372 Broadway in Manhattan, totaling 541,752 square feet, which sold for $222 million to Ross Stores. The sellers were Starwood Capital Group and Herald Square Properties.

The Manhattan apartment complex located at 27 E. 62nd St. sold for $120 million to MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings. The previous owner was Cooper Square Realty.
