Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an office asset and an apartment property in the Washington, D.C., area.
In Washington, D.C., the 269,000-square-foot office building at 1333 H St. NW sold for $127.2 million to a joint venture between MRP Realty and Rockpoint Group. The seller was Miller Global Properties.
In a neighboring suburb, 20 miles away in Fairfax, Va., Grosvenor Americas paid $108.2 million for the 491-unit Wheelhouse of Fair Oaks apartment complex. The seller was AvalonBay Communities.
