Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included an office property in Palo Alto, Calif., and a retail property in Bellevue, Wash.
In Northern California, Sand Hill Property Co. has paid $130 million for Facebook’s former headquarters at 1050 Page Mill Road. The 285,000-square-foot office and warehouse complex was sold by JMB Realty Corp.
In Washington state, Bellevue Galleria, a 203,685-square-foot retail asset, sold for $87 million, to Rubin Pachulski Dew Properties. The seller was Madison Marquette.
