Recent commercial real estate acquisitions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The two largest completed transactions included an office property in Atlanta and an apartment complex in Washington, D.C.

In Atlanta, the office building Sanofi-Aventis Building D, also known asAT&T campus, was sold by KanAm Grund, a German real estate investment fund based in Frankfurt, to a joint venture between Macfarlan Capital Partners and Cole Real Estate Investments. The sales price was $225 million. AT&T campus includes the 16-story Midtown I and the eight-story Midtown II buildings, totaling 794,110 square feet.
