Madison Realty Capital has raised $484.9 million for Madison Real Capital Debt Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund is targeting $600 million and held a first closing of $95.4 million in July 2014. Madison Real Capital Debt Fund III will focus on commercial real estate loans, real estate mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments.
