Madison International raises additional $93.3 million for fifth fund

Madison International Realty has raised an additional $93.3 million for its Madison International Real Estate Liquidity Fund V, giving it an equity raise so far of $230.8 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The value-added fund was launched in October 2012 with a $750 million fundraising goal. It will invest in a variety of property types in the United States.

The filing did not disclose the dates of an initial and a final closing. However, the firm raised $137.5 million during 2012, according to a January SEC filing.
