J.P. Morgan names new managing director and client portfolio manager

J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets has appointed John Faust as a managing director and client portfolio manager for real estate. He will based in San Francisco and responsible for advising U.S. institutions on global real estate investment strategy. Previously, he was at Legacy Partners Commercial.

“John’s long experience and exceptional track record in all aspects of real estate advisory and client relations will help investors access the benefits of real estate and diversify their real estate allocations across regions and the risk/return spectrum,” said Michael O’Brien, global head of client relations and strategy, in a press released

J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets has approximately $64.5 billion in assets under management and more than 400 professionals in the U.S., Europe and Asia, as of September 30, 2012.
