by Zoë Wolff

Frankfurt-based Deka Immobilien has acquired a warehouse at 200 Old Iron Ore Road in Windsor, Conn., for approximately $105 million from Prologis and Norges Bank Investment Management, according to Real Capital Analytics.

The 1 million-square-foot warehouse was built in 2015 and is currently an Amazon Fulfillment Center. The warehouse sits on 89 acres.

Prologis and NBIM, which invests on behalf of Norway’s Government Pension Plan Global, purchased the property in 2015 as part of their acquisition of KTR Capital.
