Eagle Rock raises $89m for second multifamily fund

Eagle Rock Properties has raised $89 million for its UOB Eagle Rock Multifamily Property Fund II, according to a filing with the SEC.

The core-plus fund focuses on multifamily properties in the Northeast United States. The fund held an initial closing of $62.5 million in April and is seeking to raise $250 million in equity commitments. According to Eagle Rock’s website, Fund II has acquired five multifamily communities totaling 700 units.
