The Davis Cos. has held an interim close of $260 million for Davis Investment Ventures Fund III. The value-added fund launched in July 2015 and targets investments in the northeastern United States.
Davis Investment Ventures Fund II held a final close of $414 million in 2012; the fund exceeded its $350 million fundraising goal. The first fund in the series closed in 2010 with $230 million in equity commitments.
