by Andrea Waitrovich

Crédit Agricole Assurances, Aviva and AFER Realty have purchased the SFR Campus located in Saint-Denis, a submarket of Paris, for €680 million or €471 per square foot ($936.7 million and $649 per square foot). The sellers were Vinci Immobilier and French telecommunications operator SFR.

This is the largest operation of private sector offices under way in the Île-de-France region around Paris.

The four-building, seven-story campus was completed in 2013 to house SFR. The 1.45 million-square-foot campus was designed by Jean-Paul Viguier and developed by Vinci, a leading French property developer.
