Bentall Kennedy has been selected to represent AustralianSuper as its real estate investment adviser in Canada with a mandate to pursue commercial real estate investment opportunities nationwide.
The mandate’s objective is to invest in a broad range of real estate investment types, including large-scale commercial business district office properties, regional malls and mixed-use development opportunities in Canada’s major urban centers.
AustralianSuper manages more than A$100 billion ($76.8 billion) of members' assets.
