The Arden Group has raised $112.7 million for Arden Real Estate Partners II, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund, which launched in 2013, is seeking to raise $250 million. The firm invests in luxury hotels, resorts and condominiums, as well as office properties, according to its website.
Arden Real Estate Fund I, the fund’s predecessor, held a final close of $65 million in 2013.
