Institutional Investor Fee – Complimentary
The Qualified Institutional Investor registration category is reserved for individuals employed by a public, corporate or union pension fund organization, foundation or endowment, with responsibility for real estate investment strategy or decision-making. Sovereign wealth funds, family offices and government officials may also qualify for complimentary registration. A government official is defined as a federal, state, local or city-level government employee focused on the policymaking, planning, and/or funding/financing of real estate projects, as well as legislators and their staff. This definition does not include pension/benefit plan administrators.
Investment Manager/Adviser, Other Fee – USD 1,995.00

Category 2 Fee – USD 1,095.00
The Category 2 registration category is reserved for funds of funds/managers of managers and consultants.
A “fund of funds” or “manager of managers” is defined as a company that solely manages portfolios composed of investments in the funds of other managers. A "consultant" is defined as an individual who provides financial advice to institutional investors (pension funds, endowments and foundations) on portfolio construction and asset allocation and does not manage money (i.e. Mercer, Callan Associates, Towers Watson).

Registration for subscribers opens on 15 September 2016.
All refund requests must be made in writing to Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI), directed via e-mail to IREI at firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to +1 925-244-0520. Cancellations received on/before January 1, 2017 are eligible for a full refund, less a USD 350 processing fee. Cancellations received between 2 January 2017 and 31 January 2017 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 31 January 2017 are not eligible for a refund. IREI does not offer credit to future events for the unrefunded portion of the registration fee unless you are a current sponsor of an IREI publication. If IREI decides to cancel this conference, IREI does not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of IREI may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications.
