Senior Account Executive
Institutional Real Estate, Inc.

San Ramon–based publishing and consulting firm is seeking a senior account executive to work under the company's CEO developing new client relationships while helping service existing clients. This could be an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow into a senior management position in future years. Individual should have strong communication and selling skills with a solid understanding of the institutional real estate marketplace. Candidates must be willing to do extensive travel globally.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Candidates should have at least 10 years of marketing/sales experience in a commercial real estate investment environment. Individuals should be skilled at networking within our industry and feel comfortable speaking in front of an audience. They should have solid understanding of real estate finance with good analytical skills. Candidates should have excellent customer service, communication and office interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic with organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks is a must.

Position is full-time, permanent and is available immediately. Benefits (Aetna PPO, 401K, profit sharing) are competitive with the industry. Salary includes base plus variable.
