How do your publications compare with other
industry publications?
Other publications either serve the
broader institutional investor market,
which means they over-reach the institutional
real estate investment market, or they serve
the broader real estate investment markets.
Institutional Real Estate, Inc. publications
are written primarily for the institutional real
estate and institutional real estate securities
investment communities the companies
and people who control the lion's share of annual
real property and real estate securities transactions.
If these are the people you want to reach or
learn about, Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
publications can help you reach or learn more
about them faster, at a much more cost-effective,
cost-efficient rate than our competitors. Institutional
Real Estate, Inc. publications are for the players
and only for the players in the
institutional real estate and institutional real
estate securities investment game.
How do you gather information for your publications?
In a variety of ways. First, our editors are
in constant touch with our editorial board
members, sponsors and subscribers, providing
us more focused, more intensive coverage than
any other publisher serving our markets. We
employ a network of freelancers and stringers
who help extend our coverage of these markets.
In addition, we subscribe to financial news
and information services, news wires, the
Internet, and numerous if related publications.
If YOU have a lead on a story you think might
be newsworthy, for example, or if you have
an idea for the development of a feature article,
we'd love to hear from you. To submit those
leads or ideas, simply e-mail iren@irei.com.
