H. Lawrence Hull, Jr.

Larry Hull is the chairman of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. He is also the president of Larco Advisors, Inc., a financial consulting company, and a senior adviser to Lombard Investments, Inc.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the pension fund investment business as a consultant to pension advisers and plan sponsors with a focus on developing and structuring international alternative asset investment programs. He is founder of the Pacific Pension Institute and a member of the PPI Board of Directors. Hull earned a B.A. in business administration at the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Air War College. He is a retired Air Force colonel.

Geoffrey Dohrmann
Geoffrey Dohrmann, CRE, is president and chief executive officer of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. a San Ramon, California-based publishing and consulting company focused on meeting the information needs of the commercial real estate investment community. In this capacity, he also serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of several leading industry publications, including The Institutional Real Estate Letter, High Return Quarterly, Global Quarterly, European Real Estate Quarterly, Institutional Real Estate Newsline and IREI Weekly (Institutional Real Estate, Inc.'s weekly e-mail newsletter), as well as numerous special reports on the industry. Geoff also is the editor-in-chief of the company's newest publication, The Institutional Real Estate Letter Europe, launched in January 2007.
In addition to these responsibilities, Geoff is a trustee of Lexington Corporate Properties Trust (NYSE: LXP), a New Yorkbased real estate investment trust that invests in single-tenant net-leased properties. He continues to consult with many of the leading firms in the real estate investment management industry, and he frequently speaks at industry events on marketrelated matters.
A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Geoff is a member of the editorial and/or advisory boards for The Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and Real Estate Research Corporation. He also has lectured on institutional real estate market-related matters at the business schools of the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University, Harvard University, Northwestern University, the University of North Carolina and Yale University.
Geoff is a member of the board of directors for the American Real Estate Society and is on the board of advisers for Beezwax, an Oakland, Californiabased software development firm. He also is a Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute and the American Real Estate Society and is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate.
His professional memberships include the American Real Estate Society, the Pension Real Estate Association, the Urban Land Institute (IOPC Red Council), the National Association of Real Estate Editors, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and the Specialized Information Publishers Association.

Alex Eidlin
Alex Eidlin is managing director, associate publisher with Institutional Real Estate, Inc. He oversees the planning, production and sponsorship program for The Institutional Real Estate Letter Asia Pacific. Prior to his position with IREI, Alex was senior vice president and publisher at IRETO (The International Real Estate Trade Organization). While with IRETO, Alex published the Asia Real Estate Report, participated in numerous real estate conferences in Asia, and built relationships with institutional and private investors in Asian real estate. In addition to publishing the Asia Real Estate Report, Alex assisted a local government agency in China in its efforts to divest some of its property investments. He also worked with Chinese and foreign developers and investors, helping them implement their investment programs.
Before his assignment with IRETO Alex was a partner in the first multiple-manager real estate fund in Japan — J-Land Fund. This fund invested more than $100 million in various sectors with a carefully selected group of Japanese and foreign real estate asset managers. Prior to that, Alex worked for the acquisition team of CB Richard Ellis Investors in Tokyo and subsequently became associate director, Investor Advisory Services Group, at CB Richard Ellis, Tokyo.
Alex started his career in finance at BARRA International, a premier quantitative asset management and consulting firm, where he was director of client services in its Tokyo office. Subsequently, Alex worked in Tokyo and Hong Kong for Paribas Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and Fuji Capital Markets in equity and interest rate derivatives area, serving high-net-worth and corporate clients in Asian countries. In the course of his work, he has completed several high-profile transactions and delivered numerous seminars on the use of derivative products in risk management to governmental institutions and private firms in China, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.
Alex is fully fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and is a native speaker of Russian.

Sheila Hopkins
Sheila Hopkins is the senior account executive, Europe and the senior editor, advertorials at Institutional Real Estate, Inc., where she has held a variety of positions over the past 10 years. During this time she served as the first editor of High Return Quarterly and Global Quarterly; was editor-at-large for other IREI publications including IREN, TIREL and REITStreet; wrote and edited IREIzine; researched and wrote special reports; and wrote many award-winning feature articles for all of IREI's publications. In addition, Sheila has worked as the advertorial editor for the entire time, developing, editing and producing more than 150 profiles, interviews and special sections for IREI sponsors. Prior to joining IREI, Sheila worked as an advertising copywriter and designer for several small ad agencies in Chicago, Tampa and Boston.
Sheila has a BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Ryan Mattox
Ryan J. Mattox is an account executive with Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI). His main job responsibilities include assisting the CEO in servicing IREI's U.S. accounts while helping develop new business relationships worldwide.
Previously, he was a managing director of Catalyst Strategic Advisors, a strategy consulting and financial advisory firm. Ryan oversaw client management for all of Catalyst Strategic Advisors' services, including strategic planning, research, financial analysis and intermediary services. Additionally, Ryan was responsible for real estate investment and development for the firm.
Before founding Catalyst Strategic Advisors in 2002, Ryan served as a director with the Private Equity Funds Group of UBS Investment Bank, building and overseeing the operations of the group in the Asia Pacific region. In that role, he was responsible for the third-party placement of private equity funds including Blackstone Capital Partners IV, Candover 2001 and JW Childs Equity Partners III.
Previously, Ryan served as senior analyst of the The Walt Disney Co. investments group, where he directed the company's alternative investment program, including investments in private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Before overseeing the alternative investment program, Mattox worked on overall investment management of the corporate pension plan, including asset allocation, efficient frontier analysis and manager performance review for all asset classes, as well as acting as the principal pension officer during a period of management transition. Prior to working in the corporate treasury department of Disney, he was a business analyst with the strategic and business planning group of Disney Interactive, the computer gaming and Internet division of Disney.
Ryan graduated cum laude with a BA from Harvard University, having focused in government. He is also an active alum of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Larry Gray
 Larry Gray serves as editorial director for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and is responsible for overseeing the editorial staff and production of the firm's various publications. Larry possesses more than 20 years of publishing experience and has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years. He joined the IREI staff in 1993 and was involved in the development, writing, editing and production of a number of the firm's publications. Larry departed in 2000 and served as an editor for Real Estate Media Inc. before becoming public relations manager for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. He rejoined IREI in fall 2005. He began his publishing career at Touchdown Publications and also has served on the staffs of several newspapers, including the The Napa Valley Register and the Sonoma Index-Tribune. Larry earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis and a master's degree from Western Illinois University.

Sandy Terranova
Sandy Terranova is VP, marketing for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. and is responsible for developing and executing the company's circulation and advertising direct marketing campaigns for The Institutional Real Estate Letter, Institutional Real Estate Newsline, The Institutional Real Estate Letter Europe, The Institutional Real Estate Letter Asia Pacific and IREI's on-line bookstore. She manages the marketing department, which includes circulation, advertising and the company's website. In addition, Sandy also negotiates IREI's marketing alliance endeavors with conference organizations and other service providers. Prior to joining IREI, she worked for Cloutier Agency, where she was responsible for direct marketing promotions, public relations and studio bookings. Sandy received her B.A. in journalism from California State University, Los Angeles.

Terri Chang
Terri Chang is VP, chief administrative officer and acting treasurer of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI). Reporting to the CEO, her primary responsibilities include overseeing the administrative, financial and personnel operations of the firm as well as the planning and execution of all company events, board meetings and other special projects.
Prior to joining IREI in 1992, Terri was an owner and partner of various companies including Gift-A-Way Specialties, an import and export company based in Taiwan, specializing in advertising items; Altra Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage firm based in Walnut Creek, California; and Lomita Estate Development, a land and multifamily development firm based in Lafayette, California.
A graduate of Taiwan University with a bachelor's degree in European and English literature, Terri emigrated from Taiwan in 1986 and became a U.S. citizen in 1994.

Terry Deming
Terry Deming, who serves as research and IT director, brings more than 15 years of hands-on real estate market experience to Institutional Real Estate, Inc. Terry oversees the firm's data collection and research reporting functions, as well as its information technology systems. He has held senior research management positions with leading commercial real estate firms, most recently with Global Real Analytics, where he was director of GRA's National Real Estate Index (NREI). Terry also has served with GVA Whitney Cressman, Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis. Terry has provided clients with top-quality market research information and analysis produced from a variety of databases and encompassing more than 650 million square feet of multi-use commercial real estate inventory in the San Francisco Bay Area. For more than a decade, he headed the largest regional market research departments in Northern California and provided historical reports, submarket and trend analysis for several high-profile brokerage, management and financial services operations. In addition to assisting computer programmers in the development of user-friendly, proprietary commercial real estate databases, he was frequently selected to provide valuable market data and analysis to a number of professional business journals, including The Wall Street Journal, Real Estate Forum, San Francisco Real Estate Journal and San Francisco Business Times. Terry attended the University of California, Berkeley and is currently pursuing an MBA degree with the Heriot-Watt Graduate Business School through the Edinburgh campus. He is an active member of the University of California Alumni Association, the Project Management Institute, the World Affairs Council of Northern California and is an Air Force/Special Operations Association life member.

Jennifer Pesiri
Jennifer Pesiri, conference director at Institutional Real Estate,
Inc., is responsible for operating IREI's conference division, launched
in 2006. In addition to program planning and execution, Jennifer is
responsible for attendee and sponsorship marketing for each of the
company's major conferences, including Dealmakers Summit, Visions
Insights & Perspectives (VIP), Investing in Infrastructure (I 3), and a number of industry-oriented
seminars. Prior to joining IREI, Jennifer worked as an event consultant
for Wine Country Party & Events, and spent nine years with high-tech
publishing firm International Data Group (IDG), where she held
senior-level conference division and corporate marketing positions, and
was responsible for the company's high-profile events globally. A
native of New York, Jennifer studied business administration at
Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
