The $12 billion Public School Teachers’ Pension and Retirement Fund of Chicago has committed $150 million each to infrastructure mandates with Macquarie Holdings and JPMorgan Asset Management, according to the minutes of the retirement system’s board meeting last month.

The investment committee of the $5 billion San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System (SDCERS) has approved an allocation of €20 million ($31.5 million) to Europa Fund III, which is sponsored by London-based Europa Capital.
Stenham Launches U.K. Listed Property Fund
Stenham Property has launched its third listed property fund targeting the U.K. property market. Stenham Property Portfolio 3 Ltd., which lists on the Channel Island Stock Exchange, is a closed-end fund with £50 million ($99.6 million) in equity.
