Cordea Savills Acquires Prime Finnish Property

by

Cordea Savills has acquired a prime property in Helsinki from Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd for €60 million. The 10,519-square-metre mixed-use property is located at Aleksanterinkatu 11. The Finnish headquarters of Svenska Handelsbanken occupies 70 percent of the building, and the rest is retail space, with tenants including H&M and Dressmann.

“The Nordic region remains a favoured investment location for Cordea Savills. The economic fundamentals, tenant covenants, quality of stock and pricing all support continued investment,” says Håkan Blixt, head of investment, Nordic region, with Cordea Savills.
