Meyer Bergman Acquires Copenhagen Property

by

Retail-focused real estate investment management firm Meyer Bergman has acquired a prime High Street retail property in central Copenhagen for €34 million. The acquisition, Meyer Bergman’s first purchase in Denmark, was on behalf of its second fund, Meyer Bergman European Retail Partners II.

Built in 1882 and located in the prime retail area of Kobmagergade near the intersection of Stroget, the longest pedestrianised shopping street in Europe, the property comprises approximately 5,000 square metres of gross lettable retail space.
