Aerium Sells French Portfolio

Aerium has sold a 14-property mixed-use portfolio to Pégase Partners for €210.5 million. The PIXIS portfolio comprises assets in Paris and its suburbs, with 60,000 square metres of office space, 64,000 square metres of logistics space and 6,000 square metres of retail space. Tenants include France Telecom, Easydis, Eiffage, BNP Paribas, Cetelem and GE Healthcare.

In other news, Aerium has refinanced 13 properties in its Bainbridge Capital Retail Properties Fund. The firm secured a €181 million refinancing with pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on a portfolio of 13 retail assets in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

Additionally, Aerium, in a joint venture with Terrace Hill Group Plc, has acquired a redevelopment site in London. The property, which comprises two buildings at 49 & 50–51 Conduit Street and 24 & 24A Savile Row, was sold by PRUPIM.
