by

Henderson Global Investors, on behalf of the Warburg-Henderson KOOP Fund, has acquired a retail property in London’s Covent Garden for £16.46 million (€19.2 million). The seller was a private Irish investor. The property, located at 8–12 Neal Street, is let to Mango. This is the KOOP Fund’s first investment outside of Germany; it is a club mandate made up of four German pension funds.

In other news, Henderson, on behalf of the Warburg-Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr 1, has sold an office building in Paris for €22.2 million. The 2,500-square-metre property, located at 15 Rue du 4 Septembre, was acquired by Warburg-Henderson in September 2005.
