UK-REIT London & Stamford Property Plc has acquired a five-property portfolio of UK distribution assets for £123 million (€145 million). The seller was a subsidiary of European Property Investors Special Opportunities (EPISO), an opportunistic fund co-advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners. London & Stamford has committed £64 million (€76 million) in cash to complete the acquisition.

The properties comprise 92,000 square metres of space and are located in Rugby and near London’s Heathrow airport. Tenants include Pearson, Royal Mail, Ceva Freight, the
