Invista Real Estate Investment Management has received a formal notice of termination of its contract from Northern Trust and Arnold Ltd. Invista was responsible for £272 million (€321 million) of residential assets.

In October 2010, Lloyds Banking Group transferred Invista’s £2.4 billion (e2.8 billion) management contract to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, another investment manager within the group. Lloyds Banking Group owns 55 percent of Invista through the merger of Lloyds TSB with HBOS.
