Helical Bar Plc has recently completed a number of transactions in the United Kingdom. Helical has agreed to purchase the Newmarket Shopping Centre in Suffolk from the administrators for £17.75 million (€21.3 million). The retail property’s tenants include Marks & Spencer, Peacocks and Argos. In addition, Helical has made a number of UK disposals: 2–4 Eastcheap in London, sold to Mayfair Capital Property Unit Trust for £9.5 million (e11.4 million); Sawston Trade Park, sold to the Howard Group for £5.4 million (€6.5 million); and Southampton Trade Park, sold to ING for £4.8 million (€5.8 million).
