CB Richard Ellis Investors, on behalf of the CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, has sold a mixed-use real estate property in Brussels to SwissLife France. The 12,560-square-metre Renaissance, located at 135 Boulevard Emile Jacqmain, comprises 10,242 square metres of office space, 488 square metres of retail space and 16 apartments totalling 1,830 square metres of residential space. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
