The Wolff Co. has launched its third fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
Wolff Real Estate Partners III aims to raise $750 million by October 2015.
It will invest in the U.S. multifamily and senior housing sectors using a value-added investment strategy.
Wolff Real Estate Partners II closed in 2013 with $500 million in equity commitments. It invested in multifamily assets with a regional focus on the Western United States and the Boston to D.C. corridor, in both core and noncore markets.
And Wolff Real Estate Partners closed in 2011 with $294 million in equity commitments.
