Tristan fund acquires Dutch real estate portfolio for €212m

European Property Investors Special Opportunities IV, a value-added/opportunistic fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners, has acquired the vast majority of the Dutch real estate portfolio of international insurance group Generali for approximately €212 million ($238 million).

This is Tristan’s first investment in the Netherlands. It is also one of the first acquisitions for the firm’s new EPISO IV fund, which has raised €1.5 billion ($1.6 billion) in capital from investors.
