The Dermot Co. appoints new senior manager

Rob Kilroy has joined The Dermot Co., a New York City-based multifamily developer, as one of the firm’s senior managers. His responsibilities are to lead strategic growth initiatives that will consider product type and geographic diversification for the company. Prior to joining Dermot, Kilroy was managing director at Grosvenor Fund Management and senior vice president at LCOR.

Kilroy says he is looking forward to working with Dermot’s principal and COO, Steve Benjamin, to consider how best to grow the company’s platform.

Dermot is a fully integrated real estate enterprise with nearly $2.0 billion in assets under management and development.
